FIRST, We’ll start off with a 90-minute kick-off call. This helps us both learn to understand each other — how we work, how you work and what you really want to be at the root of your strategy.

THEN, SLG will take a look at your existing strategy (if you have one). This audit will look at what's working, what isn't, and how best to engage your audience. From there, we'll create a master strategy Google Doc with a content strategy for the next quarter. This strategy doc will not only include ideas, but also action items and ways the strategy can be put into motion. 

AFTER THAT, we'll create a few newsletter templates for your business and brand. With everything visually in place, this will allow us to really focus on the content and strategy down the line.

THEN, comes the actual doing. We'll help you draft, schedule, and manage all your email campaigns with regular monthly reports on growth and strategy to help you stay on track to hit all your business goals.
