Worksite Location: Mamaroneck, NY
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $47,000-$57,000 annual

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize and manage digital files
• Organize Google drive and Dropbox
• Schedule appointments for in person and virtual meetings
• Respond to calls and emails of Social Media Manager
• Manage Social Media content Calendar
• Update and post information on digital media , including Facebook, Linked in, X and other platforms
• Assist in Content Creation
• Assist the Social Media Manager in the management of large projects, events and community engagement
• Assist in the creation and development of Social Media Campaigns
• Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for meetings and events
• Track and Report Social Media metrics

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: 1 year of experience in Social-media marketing, event planning, fundraising and similar.
• Skills: • planning and organizational abilities• multitasking• editing and copywriting abilities (social-media/digital posts and content)• problem solving• Time management• communication skills• Bilingual in Spanish and English required to support Spanish-speaking clients

WORK SCHEDULE:
• Monday – Friday, 9AM-5PM EST 
• Travel: no
• Worksite Location: Westchester County - The Silver Linings Group - Mamaroneck NY
