Step 1:
Following that call, SLG will create a master strategy Google Doc. This is what comes before the PDF deck with pretty pictures. It gives us all a chance to collaborate, edit and revise what goes into the strategy. The strategy will not only include IDEAS, but also ACTION ITEMS and ways the strategy can be put into motion.
Step 2:
After that comes the pretty pictures and fun fonts. We create a custom, branded Strategy deck for you.
Step 3:
Now comes the fun stuff. How do we make it happen? We can work for you to put this strategy into action (through the various services listed above), or we can help guide you along the way (think of us as your accountability buddy)… the choice is yours.

What To Expect
FIRST OFF, lead-generation can look different for every business, and at every stage in the game. No matter what - we start off with a 60-minute kick-off call to go over your goals, current strategy and specific pain-points you may want to address.
THEN, the SLG team will brainstorm and come up with a lead generation strategy to fit your business. Normally done through Google Docs, this allows us to collaborate, share and easily communicate our goals and next steps. The strategy will include everything from “big picture” ideas and goals, to the nitty gritty action items needed to see the results we’re looking for.
AFTER THAT, we create! We put together whatever pop-up, lead-generation downloadable guide or blog post you decide on to help grow your email list. For design - we can use Adobe Programs or something like Canva if you’re interested in being able to make edits to the document yourself.
WE DON’T FORGET that numbers are important. Analytics from start to finish will always be provided.
ONGOING, we will fine tune our strategy to make sure we’re generating as many leads as possible.

What To Expect
We'll hop on a kick-off call to discuss your website goals and needs. This will cover basics like your website pages, the details of your services, required integrations, and preferred platforms.
Step 1:
After that initial call, we'll touch base on a layout for the site and draft out a homepage accordingly. We'll send that over for feedback and you'll share any revisions and thoughts about the overall direction. With your approval, we'll begin drafting out all the other pages.

When that first full draft is complete, we'll send it over for any revisions. You'll share your feedback and we'll make the appropriate edits. After those edits are in place, we'll put the final touches on integrations and SEO, and then launch!
